For grown-ups

Gentle cartoons, songs and games for ages 2 to 6

CheapyChip & RichyChip is made for little ones and for the grown-ups watching with them: short episodes, original songs, printable colouring pages and a simple game, all in British English.

What to expect

Short episodes

Stories run about three to five minutes, perfect for a snack time or a wind-down. Watch the episodes.

Songs to sing

Every episode has its own original song. Play them here, with nothing to sign up for.

Colouring pages

Big, bold pictures for little hands. Print a free page and let them loose with the crayons.

A simple game

Chipville Orchard needs no reading and has no adverts. Try it together.

Three ideas for a happy watch

  • Watch together. Sit with them for an episode and ask who their favourite character was.
  • Sing along. Put a song on and dance around the kitchen. Silly is good.
  • Colour afterwards. Print a colouring page of the character they loved and colour it in side by side.

How we make it

Every episode passes our Bedtime Test: could a child watch this right before sleep? That means no scary bits, no shouting and nothing that tries to keep them hooked. The songs are original and written for each episode. Everything is in British English.

Questions grown-ups ask

What age are the videos, songs and games for?
Ages 2 to 6. Episodes run about three to five minutes, with simple stories, gentle humour and original songs.
Is it free?
Yes. Watching the episodes on YouTube, listening to the songs, playing Chipville Orchard and printing the free colouring pages cost nothing. The full colouring books are low-cost instant downloads in our Etsy shop.
Does the game collect my child’s data?
No. There are no accounts, no adverts and nothing to type in. The game only remembers your basket, stickers and flowers on the device you play on, and you can wipe them with one button.
What is in it for my child?
Gentle stories about friendship, kindness, teamwork and patience, plus songs to sing along to, colouring pages and a game. There are no lectures, just friends having adventures together.
Are the songs original?
Yes. Every song was written and produced for its episode.
Where can I watch the episodes?
All episodes are on our YouTube channel, and you can browse them on the Watch page. A grown-up decides when to click through to YouTube.
