You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Free colouring pages and printables may be printed and shared for use at home or in a classroom. Please do not:

• sell, resell or redistribute our pages, songs or videos, or upload them elsewhere
• use the website in any unlawful or harmful way
• try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• use automated tools to copy the website’s content

3. Intellectual property

The characters CheapyChip and RichyChip, all artwork, animations, scripts, songs, games, logos and the KidsDream Studios name are the property of KidsDream Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. CheapyChip™ and RichyChip™ are trademarks of KidsDream Studios. You may not reproduce them or create derivative works or merchandise without our written permission.

4. YouTube and Etsy

Our episodes are published on YouTube at @CheapyChipRichyChip and are subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service. Printable colouring books are sold on Etsy and are subject to Etsy’s terms. You may share links to our content, but you may not download, re-upload or redistribute our videos without permission.

5. The game

Chipville Orchard is a free game for fun. It is provided “as is”.

6. Children

This website is made for families. Grown-ups are responsible for supervising children’s use of the internet, our website and our YouTube channel.

7. No warranties

The website is provided “as is”, and we make no promises about its accuracy, completeness or availability. We may change or remove parts of it at any time.
